Mukti Rising is a guided somatic movement/dance journey to support you in liberating your body, mind, and spirit.
Come breathe, feel, and connect with yourself through the intelligent web of your embodied consciousness.
I guide you into felt-sense awareness, listening, and attuning to your body in the present moment. Movement will be guided in both “do as I do” as well as giving verbal direction of different qualities, tones, textures, and elements to feel and literally move into. This makes the practice both SUPER beginner friendly as well as enjoyable for the seasoned mover.
All of this is supported by a curated musical landscapes, which includes live percussion!
As we breathe and move through the practice, we liberate the stored tension, holdings, and clingings of the body, emotions, and psyche.
This is a playground! A place that allows you to explore your own dimensional being in a creative way.
Our souls are creative; we are inherently creative. Unfortunately, we’ve been locked into a very linear system and world that keeps our physical movement and mental/emotional expression in a very narrow window. This keeps us feeling stuck, small, tight, and tense. By moving freely through different, new patterns, we awaken parts of ourselves that have gotten lost or trapped in this conditioning.
Through the practice, we come to realize our true power and potential as creative, spiritual beings on this planet.

WHO is this class for? - Anyone who is interested in embodiment, curious to discover how free they can be, learning new ways of “letting go,” how to awaken spiritually through a movement practice, needing more mental clarity, wanting more joy in life
