Mukti Rising is a guided somatic movement/dance journey to support you in liberating your body, mind, and spirit.

For me, this means less structure, more play. I will still offer some guidance to connect us to ourselves and each other, but the purpose is to cultivate:

WHO is this class for? - Anyone who is interested in embodiment, curious to discover how free they can be, learning new ways of “letting go,” how to awaken spiritually through a movement practice, needing more mental clarity, wanting more joy in life

SIGN UP — No prior sign ups. Just show up! Give donation at the door.

COST - $10-20 suggested for adults. kids 12 and under are free!

WEAR -- Wear what you are comfortable moving in. I recommend loose fitting clothing that you can breathe fully and move easily in. If you have grass sensitivity, bring a blanket!
